Entire bracelet and charms are made of solid sterling silver. Sturdy ridged cable link bracelet comes with sterling silver charms: dumbbell, 25lb weight plate, 45lb weight plate and kettlebell.
Bracelet comes in 7: or 8". Dumbbell is 15mm tall. 45lb weight plate is 21mm wide, kettlebell is 10mm tall, and the 25lb weight plate is 16mm wide
The bracelet and charms arent chintzy and have a nice weight to them.
