The Spring Set Up is valued at $225, $75/month. Deadline to sign up for this 3 month program is Friday March 1 midnight.
For the 3 month Spring Setup 2019 challenge you will receive the following:
A weekly email with 3 thirty minute workouts programmed for you. You have the flexibility to do in the order you wish. I will ask you to do a 4th workout each week - 30 minutes of the cardio of your choice.
6 video workout demos each month showing you how to do the programmed workouts.
Participation in our private Facebook group or What’sApp group where I will look for your effort and interaction. The facebook group is how you and I will keep track of your 16 workouts for the month.
