This 4 week fitness challenge is for you if:
- you plan to work out, but rarely do.
- you haven't had time to work out because of work or kids.
- you workout without a plan because you're not sure what to do.
- you have access to a gym or dumbbells at home.
- you crave accountability to keep a regular fitness regime.
For the four-week challenge you will receive the following:
- A weekly email with 3 thirty minute workouts programmed for you. You have the flexibility to do in the order you wish. I will ask you to do a 4th workout each week - 30 minutes of the cardio of your choice.
- 6 video workout demos showing you how to do the programmed workouts.
- Weekly digital check ins with me to keep you accountable and answer questions.
- Access to me for exercise form tips and any questions you have!
