A weekly email with 3 thirty minute workouts programmed for you. You have the flexibility to do in the order you wish. I will ask you to do a 4th workout each week - 30 minutes of the cardio of your choice.
6 video workout demos showing you how to do the programmed workouts.
Weekly digital check ins with me to keep you accountable and answer questions.
