How to do healthy dips

Dips are easily done where injury is likely.  The pressure and angle on the shoulder joints require proper form.  This exercise creates great upper body and arm strength when performed with pretty form.  Yusuf Jeffers, coach at ICE NYC, demonstrates the 3 common unhealthy forms and how to correct them.
